catherine + caleb | georgetown engagement

Last week, I met Catherine and Caleb for a really fun engagement session in Georgetown. These two actually booked me via email, so the session was also our first meeting! And after spending some time with these two, I am even MORE excited about their November wedding at the Metropolitan Club! Caleb seriously had me laughing the entire time, and I loved watching how much he cares for Catherine. I felt like I was spending the day with old friends! And these two made things incredibly easy for me… They were so natural in front of the camera!

Because of our combined schedules, we had to meet right before noon for our session. Most photographers would agree that this time of day is not ideal when you’re thinking about the loveliest light. So I made it my goal (and personal challenge!) to create soft and beautiful images, and I love how these turned out! The light ended up being so gorgeous!

I adore this next image. It’s my favorite from the whole session.

Catherine and Caleb: Thank you for making this session so fun! Can’t wait to see you again soon!
