I couldn’t think of a sweeter couple to kick off the 2020 wedding season than Amelia and Chris. These two were such a dream to work with, and I loved photographing their incredible wedding day earlier this month! There’s something really special about a cozy winter wedding, and after months of planning it was really wonderful to see their vision come to life. (We even experienced some rain, and it only added to the fun!)
Amelia and Chris are such a kind and down-to-earth couple. They were so loving and attentive to one another throughout their wedding day, and they made things so easy for us. It was an honor to capture the love that the share! They were surrounded by such an amazing group of family and friends, and the energy was incredible all day long. It was so much fun!
Amelia had THIRTEEN bridesmaids, and they were all incredibly sweet and so much fun!
Before heading to the Jefferson Memorial, Amelia and Chris shared a sweet first look at The Willard.
Rain was in the forecast all day, but we were luckily able to grab a few shots with this gorgeous view before it really started! I love this iconic DC backdrop.
After the sky opened up, we headed back to the Ronald Reagan Building to finish our portraits. This spot was so gorgeous!
The ceremony set up was so gorgeous and dramatic!
